We’re on the hunt for a hands-on, people-loving **Manager** to join our crew at **Prosciutto Bros.** Must be cool under pressure, passionate about hospitality, and ready to take the lead in a fast-paced, fun environment.
**What we’re looking for**:
- Available **Tuesday**, **Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights, occasional Sunday**:
- Experience in restaurant & bar management
- Confident leading a team and delivering top-notch service
- Strong communicator, organised, and solution-focused
- Loves live music, good food, and community vibes
