**About the role**

We are looking for an experienced linehaul scheduler who has successfully worked in long distance driver delivery operations. As a Linehaul Scheduler, you'll be the linchpin in our linehaul operations, ensuring the smooth and timely flow of goods from dispatch to delivery. You'll work closely with drivers, operations teams, and clients, managing schedules, optimising routes, and swiftly resolving any challenges that arise. This is a critical role that directly impacts our service delivery and customer satisfaction.

**Location**: Forrestfield WA

**Salary**: $100,000 to $115,000 per year

**Shifts**:**Monday to Friday

**Weekends**: Rotating on call weekends

**Start Time**: Rotating early and later shifts

**Position**: Linehaul Scheduler

**Start Date**: Immediate

**Key areas of focus for the role includes**:

- Monitor and manage fleet movement throughout the WA regional areas
- Coordinate logistics and assist with scheduling and route planning
- Support compliance with fatigue management and driving hour regulations
- Ensure vehicles are operating within weight and mass management limits
- Communicate with drivers and stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations

**The Successful Applicant will demonstrate the following skills and attributes**:

- Strong knowledge of the WA regional areas
- Excel proficiency and general computer literacy
- Understanding of fatigue management and driver hour compliance
- Knowledge of truck weights, loading procedures, and mass management
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
