We are advertising on behalf of our client "Day One Early Learning Centre" Location: Deception Bay, QLD **Salary**: $73,000~$75,000 + 11.5% Super Our Client, Day One Early Learning Centre is looking for a Full Time Childcare Worker to join their team. Your duties might include by not limited to: - Ensuring the children have good hygiene and changing diapers as necessary - Cleaning interactive areas throughout the day - Preparing meals and snacks for the kids - Organizing activities and developing curriculum for older children - Developing a schedule for the children to maintain throughout the day - Keeping records of each child’s progress, interests and any problems that may occur - Maintaining contact with the children’s parents and contacting them in the case of an emergency To be considered for this role, you must have: - Relevant Qualification - Extensive skills, knowledge and experience in similar industry - Current First aid Certificate in an education and care setting - Highly effective interpersonal, leadership and people management skills - Demonstrate understanding of professional boundaries, privacy and confidentiality Pay: $73,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Work Authorisation: - Australia (preferred) Work Location: In person
