**Position Available**:

- **Counter Operator**

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in **customer service, retail, or administration** (experience in a post office is a bonus but not essential).
- Confidence handling cash, processing transactions, and managing paperwork accurately.
- Willingness to undergo a police clearance check (required for all successful applicants).

**Your Day-to-Day Will Involve**:

- Providing excellent service to customers for postal, banking, and retail transactions.
- Processing payments (cash, card, EFTPOS) and handling financial transactions securely.
- Sorting and managing incoming/outgoing mail, parcels, and PO Box mail.
- Keeping the store tidy, restocking products, and assisting with merchandising.
- Helping with opening/closing duties and daily balancing.
