**About the Role**

We are searching for an Experienced Operations Co-ordinator to join our team working throughout the night from 7pm - 5am. This position is based at our Dandenong South Depot and is full time with excellent wages.

**Key duties include but are not limited to**:

- Provide customer service including answering incoming calls and enquiries
- Assist in the management of all day-to-day operational activities including fleet and driver allocation and rostering ensuring daily plans are delivered and customer service requirements are met
- Responding to reactive works
- Process job enquiries, tracking jobs and follow up with clients and individual Sales / Accounts Manager
- Provide general assistance to the Operations Manager
- Liaise with Project Managers with regards to site specific assets and equipment
- Scheduling programmed works
- On call rotating roster

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of administration experience
- Liquid Waste / Transportation Industry experience is desirable (but not essential) i.e. Operator with a Heavy Rigid Licence
- Ability to work with a variety of individuals / groups and build rapport
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong time management and prioritising skills
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Patient attitude with excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
