Barista Trainee

Are you an **aspiring Barista, coffee lover, **or someone that wants to **start working in the hospitality industry**? If **YES**, then we got an exciting opportunity for **YOU**

In collaboration with Black Market Training, we are offering a **1-Day Accredited Barista Course**, excellent for people who have no previous experience/formal training in preparing coffee or in the Hospitality industry but want to level up their coffee game. Originally priced at $350, this course is **now $199 for a limited time**

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Must be an Australian Citizen, New Zealand Citizen, or Permanent Resident
- 15 years old or older
- No longer at school
- Living or working in NSW

**Course Dates & Timings**:

- Fridays, June 16th, 23rd, and 30th
- from 10:00 am to 03:00 pm
- and more dates to offer soon

After successful completion of the training, participants will receive the following **National Accredited units**;
- Prepare and Serve Espresso Coffee (SITHFAB005)
- Use hygienic practices for food safety (SITXFSA001)

**Note**: National Accreditation is only available for Australian Citizens or Residents, however **non-residents and citizens **are welcome and will receive a **certificate of attendance **upon completion.

**Course Outline**:

- 5 hours of online content that you will work through at your own pace and features all the knowledge for making incredible coffee. Each module includes **instructional videos, interactive content, and tips from professional Baristas.**:

- 5 hours of practical skills training with the latest equipment that’s available in modern specialty coffee bars, covering essential techniques such as**:dose, tamp, extraction techniques, understanding recipes, coffee variations, latte art, setting up/closing the machine, and much more**
