Looking for experienced Barista

**Responsibilities**:

- Able to handle waves of orders.
- Decent latte art for eat-ins.
- Good knowledge of coffee, operations.
- Supportive to help other tasks such as cleaning and organising dishes and tables, heating food.
- Collaborating with other staff members to open and close the shop.
- Eyes for details and consistent quality produce.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Commercially focused, strong commitment, ethics.
- Able to multitask and handle fast-pace.
- Ensure consistent high-quality production of coffee and other beverages.
- Regularly taste coffee drinks to maintain quality standards.
- Proficiency in preparing different types of coffee drinks, including latte art, while efficiently handling a high volume of orders.
- Expedite and serve delicious sweet and savoury foods, including assembly, delivery, and clearing of treats.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including daily maintenance of coffee/espresso equipment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to open and close the shop.
- Foster positive and proactive relationships with all coworkers.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure consistency and quality in drink and food preparation, professionalism, service, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Support the team in ensuring the smooth and visually appealing operation of the cafe.
- Assist with other tasks in the shop as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of one years’ barista experience.
- Solid coffee skills including latte art and drive to succeed.
- Strong ability to handle a high volume of orders.
- Deep knowledge of coffee and coffee operations.
- Passion for high-quality hospitality, coffee & food products.
- An eye for detail and consistent quality produce.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage tasks with a diverse range of priorities and problems.
- Customer and quality-focused and solutions-oriented.
- Strong work commitment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Graduate

Pay: $22.96 - $43.61 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 28/10/2024
