We are seeking a highly motivated full time baker. Someone who is passionate about their craft and who will take ownership and be dedicated to the ongoing growth and development of the business.

To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following, or a willingness to learn
- Strong knowledge of deck ovens & baking
- experience with sourdoughs, hand molding, shaping, cutting breads
- Mixing experience and understanding the process of sourdough and yeast doughs
- Sound knowledge in weighing ingredients for different type of bread and pastry
- Knowledge in a wide variety of different type of flours and seeds
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong work ethic
- Sense of humour
- Or no experience, but a willingness to learn, and learn FAST

**Salary**: $50,500.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster

Supplemental pay types:

- Annual bonus
- Overtime pay
