Retail Manager

**About the Role**
Our Managers are passionate about leading a team and can see themselves making a career in the optical industry. The role entails:

- Providing front of house support to Retail Partners by managing daily operations of the store and embedding company values
- Implementing roster changes and driving sales through KPIs
- Coaching and developing the retail team in delivering exceptional customer service
- Assisting the retail team with customer service, pre-testing and dispensing
- Supporting the Retail Director in complaint resolution
- Maintaining store presentation standards and stock management
- Role may require to move to our other stores if & when required.

**Skills and Experience**
Positivity creates possibility As a Store Manager, you will lead & inspire by exhibiting the following:

- _Management Skills_: Experience as a Store Manager, with proven ability to multitask between operational responsibilities whilst simultaneously developing a large team
- _Practical Abilities_: Evaluating and implementing new measures in enhancing store performance. Optical experience is expected and credentials for Optical Dispensing is preferred.
- _Teamwork_: Encourage & motivate the team throughout their development journey
- _Proactivity_: An efficient response to changing circumstances and delegating tasks effectively
