**The Role**

Our GymbaRoo Assistant Teachers are to work closely with all team members to ensure that the Company’s program is delivered in accordance with the program.

As an Assistant Teacher, the vision, mission, and values of the brand will live in all that is done, each day serving the community of parents, carers and children.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Ensure all equipment is secure and placed correctly for each age group.
- Stamp child’s right hand and right foot on arrival.
- Collect books to put weekly word and picture within book.
- Ensure all new customers have class requirements - visualisation book.
- Mark attendance in Autopilot.
- Help parents where needed when wanting to book makeup classes.
- Help parents wanting to move classes/days.
- Ensure all payments are received on time.
- Handout and collect small equipment during class as required and requested by teacher.
- Ensure each piece of small equipment is cleaned between classes.
- Ensure names/name bibs are ready for each class.
- Ensure names/name bibs are collated at the end of each class.
- Ensure correct neurological posters are in place for all level programs.
- Ensure signage for equipment is relevant to the correct age group.
- Change signs as required for each age group.
- Use GymbaROO - KindyROO music as written within the program.
- Ensure families know how to use the parent portal.
- Ensure families know when bookings for following term are open.
- Uphold and demonstrate Company’s vision, mission, and values by upholding the charter.
- Adhere to the Company’s systems and procedures as outlined in Op Central.
- Deliver the Company’s products and services in line with the program, lesson plans and SOPS of the organisation.
- Adhere to the Company’s Management System which includes Autopilot and Op Central.
- Utilise the support and expertise of other Company
- Provide regular feedback and updates.
- Be warm and welcoming for all families new and old.

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Working With Children's Check (WWCC)
- National Police Check
