**About Us**

**About the Role**

We are looking for an individual with good parts interpretation knowledge, sound computer skills and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Spare parts interpreting and planning;
- Ensuring on-time delivery of high value workshop jobs;
- Interpretation of customer enquiries for work in the workshop or in the field with a view to maximising sales success; and
- Improving data quality and process in Parts Interpretation throughout our branch network in Asia and Australia.

**To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate your ability to**:

- Maintain detailed knowledge of OEM Parts and Equipment to enable high level Parts Interpretation;
- Develop and continually review Bills of Materials for a wide range of equipment Enerflex regularly services, repairs and overhauls;
- Job Planning in a workshop environment, including liaising with Leading Hands, Technicians and Warehouse Staff;
- Coordinating and expediting the issuing of parts to jobs;
- Prepare written quotations for Parts; and
- Conducting transactions and maintaining data in SAP.
- Have experience with Spare Parts for mechanical and/or electrical equipment within the Oil & Gas Industry or similar
- Have experience with SAP will be an advantage but not essential.
