Our client is an international iconic lifestyle fashion brand with a strong history of global retail success. Its brand aims to delight customers by offering a wide variety of good quality products including household goods, apparel and food with a true focus on sustainable long life products.

The ultimate task of the Assistant Store Manager is to support the Store Manager in ensuring that the store embodies all aspects relating to the culture and philosophy of the brand and to assist in driving the passion and motivation within the store to achieve and exceed the sales, merchandising, and customer service targets. As the Assistant Store Manager you will be required to have exceptional presentation and customer service skills along with a proven career history within the retail fashion and or giftware retail sector. As this is a vital role within the store a range of responsibilities which include, but are not limited to:

- Drive, train and develop the customer service delivery standards and expectations within store in line with company values
- Supporting and motivating the team to achieve store targets and maximising sales growth
- Ensure your team is familiar with all products and lead-times
- Assist with planning budgets, rosters and financial goals
- Assist with inventory control, visual merchandising and the replenishing of stock
- Ensure all Occupational Health and Safety standards are adhered to

- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management
- Great team player
- Customer service focused with a desire to please
- Experience preparing reports for management
