**Sales Consultant - Cyber Security & IT Services - Defence**

**About the Role**

Australian success story run by ex defence professionals and local IT specialists looking to build an enduring business that protects and supports companies for Cyber and Security requirements as considerations in this area emerge and evolve on a daily basis.
Rapidly expanding they're looking to create opportunity for a collaborative, collegiate workforce, enabling career opportunities and attractive earning potential. The role will report directly to the MD.
- Primarily Sales and Business Development with Defence Primes, Emerging Technology providers, Law Enforcement and related sectors
- Expanding market presence and driving revenue growth into related customers and verticals as required.
- Responsible for selling Cyber Security and IT support services as organisations grow and become more cognisant of requirements in this area.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and foster enduring relationships with key stakeholders in relevant areas
- Understand varied commercial, contract and procurement considerations
- Work with technical teams to tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of customers
- Negotiate to secure contracts and agreements and ensure future business opportunities
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record selling services to defence and related markets
- Strong technical aptitude to understand and explain solutions
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events
