**As the Customer Support Manager you will**: - Lead and champion the Customer Support team to ensure work is completed effectively in support of the organisation's objectives and meets the customer need. - Maintain effective working relationships and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure that the Customer Support team contributes to upcoming organisational changes and priorities and supports these changes when implemented. - Lead effective high priority 24/7 incident and problem management throughout the organisation using industry best practice and service management (ITIL) principles to ensure appropriate rectification activities occur and impacted stakeholders are informed promptly. - Maintain performance measurement data systems, including feedback mechanisms, to monitor agreed performance targets and manage the implementation of continuous improvements.
