Due to recent growth, we are seeking additional
**Sales Assistants **to support our Senior Sales Professionals at various offices.

We will train you in everything Real Estate, as long as you have the drive and the willingness to learn and to prospect.

**Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to**:

- Lead generation, cold calling, door knocking, etc.
- Establish, prepare, and send pre-listing kits
- Preparing and distributing marketing materials for the properties
- Pre-settlement and post-settlement client care
- Liaising with vendors and buyers, including end-to-end management of all correspondence on behalf of the sales team.
- Other ad-hoc duties

**Skills and experience required**:

- Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
- Quick learner: willing to learn new processes and procedures and follow directions.
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Mandarin Speaking, not essential, highly regarded)
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Willing to provide valid Police Check
