Due to company growth within the concrete supply industry, we have the need for experienced **Concrete Batcher / Yardman** to join our team. This is a permanent fulltime position working from our **Heatherbrae** OR **Cameron Park** depot

**Overall Responsibilities**
- Accurate batching and dispatching of concrete
- Management of concrete plant including ensuring safety procedures are in place and followed
- General yard, plant housekeeping and maintenance
- Front end loader operations
- Allocation of concrete trucks and batching of concrete
- Stock management
- Co-ordinate repair and calibration of plant equipment
- Supervise day to day activities of a concrete plant General yard and plant housekeeping and maintenance
- Follow company systems including working safely

**Selection Criteria**
- An ability to multitask and at times work under pressure
- Possess an excellent customer service phone manner
- Possess excellent time management and organisational skills
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- A proven ability to work within a team environment
- Be a highly motivated individual
- Ability to work flexible hours as required
- Strong Customer Service skills
