Mentors proactively engage job seekers and place them into sustainable employment. From day one you will support our customers through their employment journey working through any barriers along the way. **What will you bring to the role?** - Similar coaching or mentoring experience; you are self-motivated and demonstrate excellent communication skills that result in tailored customer development plans - The ability to balance empathy with the drive to work in a fast paced, target driven environment - You are a true people person and enjoy meeting and building relationships with people from all walks of life - Excellent time management, prioritisation and high-level organisation skills - A positive attitude, eagerness to learn and willingness to adapt - Strong administrative, compliance capabilities and IT skills - A Current and valid Driver’s Licence and Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is also required prior to commencement **How can you join Community Solutions Group?** Additionally, in line with the direction from the State Government, all authorised workers defined under the Queensland Public Health Order will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 from 15 December 2021.
