House Supervisor

**Capability Care is looking for a House Supervisor to start immediately who is seeking a leadership role that is responsible for managing employees, and the people we support, and overseeing the day-to-day operations One of Capability Care Disability accommodations.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing client records for accuracy, providing training to relevant staff as required.
- Ensure all staff are familiar with each resident’s support goals, and agreed plans are consistently implemented, monitored and reviewed with relevant internal and external staff.
- Lead and plan support for people with disabilities to participate in a range of life areas based on their goals and support plans.
- Have a positive track record supporting people with complex presentations including intellectual disabilities, complex health and physical disabilities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory role in the disability sector, preferably in a SIL or group home environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Worked with complex Case 2:1 support
- be responsible for administrative duties including records management, monthly reporting and document control

To be successful in this role you must have or be willing to obtain:

- Certificate 4 in Disability or equivalent
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee)
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Valid Australian Working Rights and an International Police Check if you have lived or worked overseas for more than one (1) year within the last ten years

**Most staff work 4-5 days a week and do 20-35 hours.**

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $36.00 - $56.00 per hour

Supplemental pay types:

- Wollert, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
