Job Title: Server/Barman

Location: Sydney, Australia

We are a local tavern in Sydney looking for enthusiastic and reliable servers and barman to join our team. No previous experience is required as we will provide all necessary training. The role offers flexible hours and good pay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Take food and drink orders and ensure accuracy
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining area
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Work with the team to provide excellent customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Must be 16 years or older (18+ if wanting to work in the bar)
- Must have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification (or be willing to obtain it)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-32 per week

**Salary**: $21.08 - $39.33 per hour
