As a Manager at RASHAYS you will play a vital role in our mission to give the best casual dining experience by always providing outstanding food, service, cleanliness and value so that every guest in every Restaurant has a reason to return.

**About the positions**

As a Manager at RASHAYS is responsible for operational, financial and people management, and will:

- Running of day to day shifts
- Ensure the restaurant is effectively managed and staffed
- Monitor the quality of food and service in accordance with company and brand standards
- Ensure the restaurant is run to the highest standards at all times
- Put together and execute action plans when standards are not met
- Manage labour, stock and other costs
- Maximise profit through driving sales and controlling KPI’s
- Identify, report and solve any problems that affect sales and profit
- Report and manage full weekly stock
- Conduct labour forecasts to effectively manage labour costs
- Ensure that all employees are trained to the RASHAYS way
- Effectively delegate tasks to trained personnel
- Take action to ensure maximum sales and profit
- Recruit and successfully induct the correct caliber of staff who are passionate about good customer service and quality food
- Use consistent practices when managing staff and take appropriate corrective action in response to performance problems
- Monitor your competitors regularly, reporting back to the RASHAYS marketing team on ways to improve your restaurant
- Contribute to the further development of the brand and your restaurant
- Have experience as a food & beverage leader in a similar position at a similar level
- Be an effective people leader
- Have a true passion for food, people and restaurant operations
- Display Influencing, negotiating and conflict resolution skills
- Be able to lead, motivate, and build efficient teams in a fast pace environment
- Understand the importance of creating a consistent guest experience in line with our brand
