Craft Beer Enthusiast

We are seeking an experienced customer service legend who loves all things craft beer.

Bring your passion for craft beer to our cellar door, located in the picturesque Sunshine Coast Hinterland town of Maleny, and help us share our knowledge and love for beer with those thirsting for quality craft beer.

We are looking for a beer enthusiast, available to work 20 hours per week (additional hours potentially in the restaurant) behind the bar, talking craft beer and brewing with our customers. Our cellar door will be open to the public with a small snack menu available, so some food preparation will be required.

A team member who provides exceptional customer service, communicates confidently, is passionate about expanding their knowledge on craft beer and brewing processes and who will represent our brand with knowledge and passion.

Some key responsibilities of the role
- Follow all checklists and procedures provided
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Taking both food and drink orders promptly and ensure customers have everything they need to enjoy their experience
- Have knowledge of the menu options and beverages available and be able to answer questions and make recommendations
- Understand Brouhaha’s core range and the brewing process conducted onsite
- Use of EFTPOS and POS systems
- Regular cleaning and maintenance

A current RSA and reliable transport are necessary for this position.
