The opportunity with us
Reporting into the Yard Supervisor, we have 2 x unique opportunities for proactive, engaging forklift operator to assist with the day to day running of the warehouse & yard activities.
This position will include some manual lifting therefore the need to be physically fit is extremely important.
To be successful in this role you must hold a current forklift licence, be engaging, have a great attitude, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
**Start times**: 6am - 230pm, with regular overtime or 830am - 5pm.
**Key responsibilities include**:

- Operating the forklift and carrying out daily checks on forklifts
- Organising aspects of inwards and outwards goods functions
- Picking, Packing and despatch of orders
- Warehouse administrative tasks as required
- Additional general yard stock transfers & movements
- Any other yard/warehouse duties as required

**About you**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role or within a warehouse environment
- A current forklift license with experience - ESSENTIAL
- The ability to multitask in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
- Sound computer skills
- Work autonomously & well within a team
- High regard for safety
