We are seeking a dynamic individual with extensive experience in hotel operations, possessing a well-balanced expertise in both Rooms Division and Food & Beverage management. **As the Head of Hotel Operations**, you will spearhead the operational excellence of two Victorian properties, with the ultimate goal of progressing into the role of Cluster General Manager within a hotel group.

Reporting directly to the **Regional General Manager,** you will have the unique opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and leave a lasting imprint on the operations. Your role will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities, from optimising guest experiences to driving revenue growth and ensuring efficient cost management.

**Offer**:
