The After Hours Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the day to day after hours management of the Hospital. Reporting to the Director of Nursing Bacchus Marsh, you will provide effective clinical leadership and management of the Hospital facilitating timely patient flow, overseeing staffing and emergency situations. You will have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a supportive team.

As a senior nursing leader, you will act as a mentor and role model for staff.

This role is required to for afternoon and night shifts on weekdays, and a rotating over all shifts on weekends and public holidays.

To be successful in this role you:

- Are a Registered Nurse - holding a current registration certificate with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA);
- Have had previous experience in a similar role or management position;
- Current Advanced Life Support Skills
- Having Emergency/Critical Care/Midwifery qualification/experience is highly desirable.
