Only About Children **Brunswick West** is a warm and inviting childcare centre for children to learn, grow and be inspired every day. We have three outdoor play areas with plenty of space for children to explore, create and lead their own play. Our children particularly enjoy the bike track and helping care for the worm farm and vegetable garden. Inside are seven age-based spaces, each specifically created to encourage children to learn and grow, with a focus on safety and natural elements. We love to connect with our local community through excursions and activities that feed into the children's interests and learning. This includes participating in the gardening program “Playground to Plate” and visiting the local nursing home. Our passionate Educators provide an early learning environment where your child can feel happy, nurtured, stimulated and safe - the best start to life

**Room leader role - Certificate III or Diploma welcome to apply**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate educator to lead one of our classrooms in Brunswick West.

You will work as part of a team with the opportunity to collaborate with experienced Early Childhood professionals. As room leader, you will mentor and guide your colleagues as well as collaborating with the leadership team and OAC network.
- You will support in preparing and delivering age-appropriate activities for children with safety and child protection in mind.
- You will supervise and interact with the children as well as leading group times and facilitating opportunities for children to learn through play.
- You will document children's learning using Storypark and share your programming cycle with your team.
