Perth, Australia Healthengine Full time

**Company Description**
This is your opportunity to join our team of forward-thinking, change-making individuals. Operating at the intersection of health and tech, you'll help us shape the future of healthcare.

**Our Mission**

Healthengine’s mission is to improve access to healthcare by helping Australians find and connect with all primary care providers. We strive to achieve this through Australia’s leading healthcare marketplace, bringing together over 4 million active Australians, and more than 10 thousand practitioners that are powered by our technology - and growing.

We’re all patients, right? So, it’s easy to get behind a mission that seeks to improve the healthcare experience for all Australians.
**Job Description** The Gig**

We’re looking for an Enterprise Coordinator to manage the implementation, partner relationships, media campaigns and on platform interactions performance for our national agency and direct partners, with the purpose of ensuring a great customer experience. The role will also enable our Customer Success and Sales team members to spend more time on strategic activities that drive revenue growth and customer impact.

**Responsibilities**:
Media campaign management:

- Coordinate, build, and monitor client media campaigns using Braze
- Manage end-to-end EDM campaign and liaise with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategy and execution
- Manage media calendars and product inventory using platforms such as Google Ads Manager and Braze
- Generate and share bi-monthly campaign performance and engagement reports

Customer onboarding and administrative support:

- Support onboarding and implementation for new customer groups in partnership with the Customer Success Managers
- Set up and maintain new customer records on Salesforce
- Generate and prepare monthly reporting and ad-hoc data requests for customers

**About You**

You're the kind of person who takes accountability in a fast-paced, autonomous and flexible environment. You handle change like a pro, and continuous improvement is a way of life. You are not afraid to speak up and share your thoughts respectfully, with the intention of making positive change. You take initiative and drive your own learning journey without waiting for someone to point you in the right direction. And ultimately, you care: about people, health and innovation.

Experience you’ll bring:

- Account Management / Relationship Management experience
- Experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, delivering high-quality account management and customer service
- Experience with Google Ads Manager, Braze & marketing analytics platforms
- Experience with the execution and build of EDM campaigns
