**What We Offer**:

- **Employee position**:

- **31-32 hours/week, 5 days/week**:

- **Tiered commission based on performance**— the more patient visits you have, the higher your commission percentage
- **3-month retainer** to support you as you build your patient base
- **Weekly mentoring sessions** with our Principal Chiropractor, focusing on clinical skills, patient communication, and practice growth
- **Modern, fully equipped clinic**: Zenith drop-piece tables, LLLT machine, and digital systems for patient management and online booking. We soon will have ultrasound and shockwave machines.
- **In-house marketing support** to help you grow your brand and build your practice
- **Professional reception staff** managing admin and bookings so you can focus on delivering outstanding care to your patients

Our principal chiropractor is currently working over capacity and looking to reduce treating hours. This role has become available to meet growing patient demand, offering you the chance to thrive in a practice that genuinely supports your professional growth.

**About You**:
We’re looking for a chiropractor who is:

- **Passionate about patient care**, dedicated to helping patients achieve long-term health and well-being
- Proficient in **manual adjusting techniques** (drop piece, diversified, and rehab knowledge essential)
- **Open-minded, proactive, and motivated** to grow your patient base
- An excellent communicator with **at least two years of patient communication experience**:

- Available to work early starts (7:30am) and late finishes (up to 7:00pm), with **Saturday morning shifts.**Being able to work on Saturday mornings is a must.
- Reliable and able to maintain a stable schedule.
- A **team player** who thrives in a collaborative environment and genuinely cares about helping patients
- While we offer extensive marketing support, we’d love someone who is also motivated to build their professional network and presence in the community.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
