**About the Role**:
As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a critical role in the management of food products and ingredients, ensuring safety and compliance with food safety regulations. This position is based in our warehouse and reports to the Warehouse Coordinator. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods, operating equipment, and collaborating with team members and suppliers to maintain seamless warehouse operations.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Receiving, inspecting, and storing food products to maintain quality and compliance
- Packing and preparing customer orders with secure packaging and accurate documentation
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Conducting risk assessments and maintaining food safety standards
- Managing inventory systems to align with production schedules

**About You**:
To excel in this role, you’ll need strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance. Previous experience in a food industry warehouse role and knowledge of food safety regulations are highly valued.

Other knowledge, skills and attributes include:

- Forklift operation skills (with certification)
- Experience with inventory control systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical fitness to handle warehouse demands

For this role, the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Cultivate Food & Beverage.
- A National Police Clearance (no older than six months)
- A current driver’s license and forklift license
- Evidence of the right to work in Australia
- 100 points of identification
