**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3-4 years of investment banking or sell-side M&A experience, with at least 2-3 successfully closed deals.
- Background in Software or Technology M&A is a strong plus

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis.
- Skilled in creating Information Memorandums, pitch decks, and teasers.
- Proficient in financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
- Capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously with mínimal oversight.
- Experience in negotiating offers, deal structures, and transaction documents throughout the M&A process.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work across global teams.
- Willingness to travel across Australia as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Familiarity with financial databases such as S&P Capital IQ.
- Deep interest and passion for investment banking.
