They have several opportunities within their ever-growing team, they are currently looking for a Automotive Equipment Trainer Demonstrator to join their team

Reporting to the State Manager, the Demonstrator/Instructor will build sustainable relationships with current and potential customers in Service and Parts and in supporting new equipment sales. They will go on-site to visit customers to explain how the clients products work. Equipment and products include - Heavy Rigid Trucks, Dump Trucks, Moxy Trucks, Street Sweepers and other various municpal equipment.

If you have experience working as a Truck Driving Instructor, or operating Heavy Vehicles before this this may be the role for you.

This role would be full-time Mon-Fri 6am to 2pm, however there may be overtime options.

**About the Role**:

- Proactively identify customers' safety and product training needs.
- Provide profitable proposals to carry out operational training and assessment programs - training will include classroom and in field activities
- Carry out safety training and assessment programs
- Undertake regular product presentation and demonstration programs in metropolitan and regional areas
- Cultivation new customer relationships and the maintenance and development of existing customer base
- Present and demonstrate, in a structured manner, equipment during tender evaluations
- Conduct training as required for staff so as to ensure staff are competent in operating municipal equipment and are trained to act in accordance with legislative requirements
- Maintain confidential training and assessment records, secured in accordance with privacy regulations
- Review training assignments with appropriate customer representatives. Maintain contact and follow up
- Actively seek and report sales opportunities of Bucher equipment parts and services.

**About you**:

- Previous Experience in a Manager or Supervisor role
- Previous Experience with Customer Service
- Valid driver's license
- Have a strong knowledge of OHS procedures
- Work in a team environment
