Cafe Manager

An Exciting Opportunity has come up in our flagship cafe / espresso bar in Roselands at our DI PACCI COFFEE COMPANY HEADQUARTERS

This Is a NON Stop, High paced cafe not for the paint hearted. We are on the hunt for a GUN barista / all rounder that has managerial quality’s that can help manage / supervise a team of 7-10 staff on shift and make sure the coffee quality is second to none and all customers are served in a timely manner

your role will be also to make sure the front window is stocked up with food and cakes and all properly displayed and rotated.

you will be expected to maintain a high quality of customer service and provide excellent communication With staff.

you will need to keep an eye out on tables that need cleaning or help deal with any customer concerns in a professional manner

you must be available monday to Friday and one weekend minimum a fortnight

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
