**Key Responsibilities**:

- Foster a **customer-first culture**, ensuring an elevated and engaging visual shopping experience.
- Execute and tailor brand guides to fit our unique store layout, while driving merchandising strategies that captivate.
- Partner closely with our sales leaders to ensure visual standards and product placement align with brand vision.
- Oversee **window displays**, **interior layouts**, and the strategic use of store real estate to maximize product exposure.
- **Lead key merchandising initiatives** and store updates, ensuring flawless execution.
- Maintain and enhance the store’s visual appeal, ensuring everything from fixtures to props are on point.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven experience in **visual merchandising** or **retail leadership**.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to **inspire and drive your team** to visual excellence.
- A keen eye for design and an understanding of **brand aesthetics**.
- **Permanent, full-time role** - open to Australian/NZ citizens or permanent residents.

Expected hours: 38 per week
