They are passionate about creating a strong foundation for children to thrive, and they are looking for talented, passionate childhood educators/ room assistants to join their team

**Role Overview**:
As a Childhood Educator (Diploma), you will be responsible for delivering outstanding educational experiences and care for children in their centre. You will work within a supportive team to implement curriculum and activities that promote children’s learning, growth, and development while building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Diploma Educators**:

- Lead the planning and implementation of high-quality educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Provide guidance and mentoring to Cert III Educators and other team members.
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families to foster positive outcomes.
- Observe and document children’s development and progress, preparing individual learning plans.
- Ensure a nurturing, stimulating, and safe environment for all children.

**Diploma Lead**:

- Lead the delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate programs in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).**:

- Support and collaborate with Cert III and Diploma educators, providing guidance and mentoring to strengthen team performance.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families to support each child’s learning journey.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s development, contributing to tailored educational plans.
- Create and maintain a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment that promotes curiosity and growth.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education).
- A genuine passion for working with young children and fostering their development.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification.
