**About Us**:
Autozone Campbelltown is a leading provider of automotive parts and accessories, dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and support. We are currently seeking a motivated Sales and Delivery Assistant to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of customer queries and issues, ensuring they are resolved promptly and efficiently.
- Process incoming orders accurately and in a timely manner.
- Receive deliveries of stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Carry out general administration duties and assist with online marketing tasks such as designing flyers and ads, and listing products on our website and eBay.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and adhere to company policies and procedures.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- High school graduate.
- Possess a valid Australian Driver’s License.
- Computer savvy with excellent MS Office skills.
- Strong understanding of automotive parts and accessories.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- People-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.

Pay: $23.17 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
