Or worst of all Being promised commissions that are never paid.

Well, with us - that won’t exist. At NGS Crypto, we’re a little unorthodox in what we do and how we do itAnd we couldn’t be more proud of it.

**A little bit about us**:
We’re a bit of a ‘hybrid’ company, but we focus on 2 major objectives:

- Educating our clients around finance
- Offering them solutions that help them reach their financial goals

As a business, we’ve been operating here in Australia since 2017 and operating under NGS Crypto since 2018. We generate returns for our members through a process known as ‘Blockchain Mining’, which offers members fixed-rate returns, ranging from 6-16% per annum.

In short, we help our members to achieve a better financial future in a way that’s simple, understandable and stress-free. Our target demographic is typically older Australians (45+) who are planning for/trying to setup for retirement.

**About You As A Person**:

- You strive to succeed in all you do.
- You’re hungry and want to make good money.

- You want to grow both as a person, and within the role.

**Y**our Skills**:

- You’re comfortable and confident to do 6 or 7-figure deals over the phone & in-person
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position
- Strong phone sales skills
- Strong consultative selling skills
- Past experience in finance industry desirable (you MUST be interested in finance)

**Expectations**:

- You **MUST** have a strong existing network that you can sell into
- Working a 4 day week of 10am-7pm from our Surfers Paradise office
- 2 Weekly Sales Meetings (via Zoom)
- Correctly and accurately inputting data into our CRM (Salesmate)
- Must have own Computer + Phone + headphones

At the end of the day, this job is not for the faint of heart. You will be expected to perform what needs to be done, meet targets and perform at an A-Grade level. But overcoming challenges, learning, evolving and becoming better are what make us who we are.
