We are looking for like-minded people with excellent communication and relationship building skills to join our team as the Eastern Sydney Metropolitan Area Operations Manager.

**What your working week involves**

As the Area Operations Manager your role would report directly to the General Manager, Operations along with the following:

- Establish and maintain strong client long-term relationships being the first point of contact for your clients.
- Ensuring cleaning and maintenance standards are met and executed in line with our CleanPlus approach verifying quality assurance through weekly checkpoints across all sites.
- Proactive planning and execution of regular cleaning, scheduled cleaning, and holiday cleaning activities, taking ownership, and making any necessary arrangements needed to cover job roles.
- Developing operations strategies and cleaning schedules to meet client and contract requirements.
- Analysing and improving processes and the day-to-day operations.
- Daily management of cleaners to drive excellent customer satisfaction in your region.
- Daily site visits with time management and problem-solving skills with the flexibility to go on-site on varying shifts if necessary.
- Establish and maintain strong cleaner relationships, motivating them and providing necessary inductions ensuring they are trained and supported at all your sites.
- Monitoring and enforcing health and safety procedures to meet with relevant organisational and statutory policies.

**The skills and experience you need**:

- No previous commercial cleaning experience required. All training and support will be provided for the position.
- We are after someone driven, team orientated, hard working with an eye for detail who can work closely with our team to deliver exceptional customer service results.
- Self-motivation and integrity to work autonomously demonstrating initiative.
- Excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Desirable but not essential criteria for living in Eastern Sydney an advantage.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
