We currently have over 1300 students learning with us on-campus and over 700 students learning via our Distance Education program. We prioritise Explicit Direct Instruction, Specific Targeted Feedback, and Thinking Through Writing as pedagogical approaches that develop deep learning. We are praying for the right people to come and join our team and encourage you to learn more about our College to see if you might be a good fit for our vision and Culture. **Requirements**: **About you and the role** We are seeking a Full-Time **Learning Enrichment Teacher Aide** (Maternity Leave Cover until the end of 2025) to commence as soon as possible to provide the following support within the Learning Enrichment Team: - Assist in the delivery of evidence-based intervention programs, including MultiLit and other structured literacy and numeracy support programs. This involves working closely with students to improve foundational skills and helping them reach targeted academic milestones. - Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning objectives and ensure they understand key concepts. Support classroom teachers by providing additional attention to students needing guidance, fostering an inclusive and productive learning environment. - Work closely with classroom teachers and support staff to implement tailored educational strategies that meet individual student needs. Provide guidance on effective differentiation techniques and inclusive practices. - Communicate regularly with teachers and the Head of Learning Enrichment K-12 to share observations, update on student progress, and adapt interventions as necessary.
