**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Reporting to the CFO and working as part of Prestige Inhome Care’s Senior Leadership Team, the **Finance Business Partner** is a trusted financial advisor to the business, providing commercial support and analysis to stakeholders to add context, drive decision making, and influence company performance.
This role strikes a critical balance between management reporting and strategic insight, supporting our growth and delivering meaningful impact across the organisation.
**Key areas of responsibility include**:
**Management Reporting & Analysis**
- Provide financial and commercial advice, planning, reporting, and analytical insights to the Prestige Leadership Team regarding financial and operational performance.
- Undertake detailed financial and operational analysis across key metrics to understand business drivers and generate realisable actions to close gaps between actuals and targets.
- Ensure monthly results and key drivers are accurate, well understood, and clearly communicated. Own the forecast and annual budgeting processes.
**Projects & Commercial Support (SME)**
- Enhance financial reporting capabilities, including improving the functionality of BI tools and streamlining processes to produce accurate, easy to interpret reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and assess the financial impact of operational initiatives.
This is a pivotal role in the finance team, focused on enhancing systems and processes that drive efficiency and clarity across the business.

**You’ll also bring**:
- A CA or CPA qualification
- Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modelling capability
- Practical experience in upline reporting (management and external)
- A solid understanding of accounting principles and commercial frameworks
- Confidence with technology and BI/reporting systems
