As a Floor Finisher at Evolved Floors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our flooring installations meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. You will work closely with our installation partners and customers to deliver exceptional flooring solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and finish floors to a high standard using a variety of materials including vinyl, hybrid, timber, and carpet.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or questions.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Floor Finisher or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of flooring materials and installation techniques.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
