- Seeking Qualified Co-ordiantor
- Lead Role
- Permanent Part-Time Role-- Across the 5-day week (Monday-Friday)
- Earn Up To $35 per hour, plus Superannuation at 11.5%
- Up to 15hrs per week
- Spit Shift--Before School Care, After School Care, Vacation Care
- Petrol allowance
- Over 25-kilometer travel

**About your new role**
- Have fun, and deliver rewarding programs that guide children to explore, ignite curiosity, learn and play at our OSHC.
- Deliver truly remarkable experiences for children, families, and staff.
- Support and lead the program planning, preparation, and service delivery to company and regulatory standards and policies.
- Document the delivery of the educational program, children's interests and assessments of their learning and development needs with support systems in place.
- Support and delivery Industry Standard requirements (NQF, Child Care Regulations)
- Provide and support a caring environment that is safe, clean, and nurturing for families and the school community.
- Willingness to embrace the company vision, values, and culture statement.
- Ability to create respectful relationships with children, families and school community.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Can display initiative in the role and ability to problem solve and multi-task.
- Be open, caring and engaged with our team to help drive our goals and values of giving every child the best caring environment.

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is ideal but not essential.
- Working towards or willing to enrol in an approved Diploma Level qualification.
- Completed a minimum Diploma level qualification in either the Early Years, School Aged, Education or Allied Health sector.
- Hold a First Aid level 4 certificate or be willing to complete.
- Willing to complete the Child Safe Training prior to employment.
- Hold a Working With Children Check (P- Status)

**How to apply**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
