**Food and Beverage Attendant - All Rounder**

As the newest addition to the group, **Amora Hotel Brisbane** offers 296 five-star rooms and suites, multiple food and beverage outlets, and a dynamic conference and events department catering to weddings, parties, and corporate functions.

We are currently seeking **Food & Beverage All-Rounders** to join our passionate team. Both **casual and permanent opportunities** are available, offering flexibility and career growth in a premium hotel environment.

**Your day might include**:

- Brewing fresh espresso and providing warm service at our **Two Donkeys Café** (Monday-Friday - barista experience essential)
- Delivering five-star service at **Dapl Breakfast Buffet** (6am-11am, 7 days)
- Providing restaurant service in our **Dapl à la carte venue** (6pm-10pm, 7 days)
- Serving guests in **In-Room Dining** (7 days, split shifts: 6am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-11:00pm)
- Preparing cocktails and delivering elevated guest experiences in the **Lobby Bar** (weekdays from 1:30pm-late; weekends from 11:30am-late - cocktail experience highly regarded)
- Supporting **conferences and events** including weddings, private functions, and corporate meetings

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Previous experience in food and beverage service
- **Barista and/or cocktail experience** highly regarded
- A genuine passion for hospitality and premium guest service
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills
- A valid RSA and understanding of food safety standards
- Availability across a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
