We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated and engaging (non-accredited) **Training Advisor** to join the team on a **full time** basis. This dynamic role involves you working in the **Career Transition Assistance Program** (CTA) which supports mature-aged job seekers to build confidence and develop skills to change career or obtain a competitive edge in the local labour market. You will also be responsible for delivering JobLab activities across the two sites. **JobLab** is ETC's non-accredited training program.

The role is based in our** Kippa Ring and Caboolture**office and regular travel will be required across the beautiful **Somerset** region.

**The Role - A Day in the Life of a Training Advisor**

As a (non-accredited) **Training Advisor** you will leverage your experience to deliver training in an accessible, fun and practical way that connects with a diverse audience. You will engage with participants to help them identify their strengths and capabilities and support them to develop the skills and behaviours to become 'job-ready' and obtain employment. This is done through facilitation of targeted training and workshops and provision of assistance with resume preparation and the career transition process.

**Salary -**$64,000 - $71,000 per annum + Super + leave loading

**Your Key Responsibilities will include;**
- Conduct CTA programs in group training settings
- Help participants develop skills for sustainable employment
- Promote the program to providers and engage potential participants
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Provide excellent customer service to all participants and stakeholders
- Ensure the CTA program meets compliance requirements and contractual obligations
- Effectively influence and negotiate with stakeholders and manage time management
- Stay informed about the local labour market and the Employment Services Industry

**Criteria for Success**
- Experience in interactive training delivery and administration
- Current Driver’s Licence
- A recent, clear National Police Check
- A current QLD Blue Card / Working withChildren Check
