**About the role**
We are continuing to grow and have a fantastic opportunity for a Despatch Coordinator to join our supportive, fun and collaborative team. You will thrive in this fast-paced dynamic environment where your exceptional customer service, ability to meet tight deadlines and problem solve to find the best outcome, will be part of your every day.

You day includes making volume calls to plan, schedule, update and finalise payments with customers for order deliveries, and provide administrative support to the warehouse. You work closely with all parts of the business and use your ability to build strong relationships, and initiative to source the information you need to make sure our customer orders are delivered without delay.

You are customer centric in all that you do, have excellent stakeholder management to achieve the best result for the customer, have good attention to detail and enjoy the pace to work with tight deadlines.

To set you up for success, we will provide you with full training, all the tools and resources you need, and ongoing coaching.

**Your Typical Day**
Ensure final payment has been taken on all orders before confirming delivery. Plan with transport companies.
- Organise delivery runs by days and locality.
- Book carriers and obtain quotes as required.
- Provide a high level of Customer Service on Despatch issues such as delays, special requests, payment etc.
- Liaise with Showroom Managers to resolve issues such as, delivery and despatch of floor stock, special requests etc.
- Assist the Marketing and Design teams with coordinating showroom change overs and photo shoots.
- Ensure clear and accurate data entry into SAP regarding payments, customer details, customer requests (including time of delivery etc.).
- Liaise with customer service team and advise of any issues relating to despatch or final payments received.
- Contact customers regarding delivery date and time of products.
- Resolve customer complaints and follow the escalation procedure correctly where necessary
- Attend training, maintaining up to date and relevant knowledge on products, services, and policies
- Adhoc duties as required

**About you**
As a self-starter your enate ability to trouble shoot, organise and take ownership, will see you go from strength to strength.
- Ideally you will come from a retail, hospitality, manufacturing, logistics, consumer goods industry
- Computer literate with experience and or ability to work with CRM or ERP systems (SAP - advantageous but not essential)
- High attention to detail and able to problem solve, resolve issues, and think on your feet to deliver the best outcome
- A team player who is collaborative and adaptable to assist the greater team when required
- Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A positive and fun disposition with a great smile and flexibility to get in and do what needs to be done
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask and effectively time manage to work towards daily deadlines
- A passion to deliver exceptional customer service including great follow up
- Be self-driven and able to work autonomously or in a team environment
- Previous experience working in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- Outstanding relationship building, coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills will be key in this role
