**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**Position**

Council is offering a great opportunity for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to work effectively as part of a small team to assist in providing horticultural services and care for a diverse range of Ballina Shire Council open space settings, including parks, gardens and recreational areas to promote and beautify our open spaces for our community.

**To be successful you will bring**

- Demonstrated experience in horticulture labouring including operation of zero turn mowers and small plant.
- Proven good communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ability to work independently and within a multi-skilled team meeting agreed goals and deadlines.

- A salary range of $53,400 to $61,300 per annum (plus 11.5% superannuation) dependent upon skills and experience.
