**Are you a Personal Care Worker looking to secure a permanent position within a leading national Aged Care provider?** Our client is seeking PCAs from all levels of experience to provide support to their nursing and care staff across their organisation state-wide.

You will be working within a multidisciplinary team to provide clinical and emotional support to the residents, observing changes in residents’ conditions and escalating any concerns.

This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about Aged Care and want to better their skills and knowledge to further develop in their careers.

**What the role looks like?**
- 96-bed Residential Aged Care facilities located in Hamlyn Heights
- Deliver high-quality care to residents
- Provide personal care to residents with complex needs such as palliative care, dementia support and restorative care
- Commitment to a Person-Centred model of care
- Ensure quality of equipment, clothing and other personal items for residents

**Requirements/Skills**
- Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent (Aged Care)
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Vaccinated against COVID-19
- Experience working in a residential Aged Care setting
