Warehouse Operative

Duties include:

- Picking and packing alongside other team members
- Responding to assigned customer service tickets promptly and professionally.
- Investigating and seeking effective solutions for customer enquiries and complaints, escalating as needed.
- Meeting daily KPIs and ensure that all orders are being fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Gaining and understanding product knowledge.
- Upkeep of processing and dispatch accuracies.
- Handling order complaints and returns.
- Reporting to management.
- Processing of incoming goods; apparel, swimwear, etc.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $27.50 - $28.50 per hour

- Afternoon shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
