We currently have an opportunity for an experienced **Unit Manager** to join our dedicated team at **Mercy Hospital for Women**.

**THE POSITION**
- Manage and mentor catering staff, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Oversee compliance related to food safety, WHS and quality.
- Ensure stock control and cost management delivers on budget.
- Work with your team to guarantee an amazing dining experience every day

**THE PERSON**
- Experienced in effective budget management and delivery.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards around food services.
- Possess a National Police Clearance and flu vaccination (or be willing to obtain).
- Have intermediate computer literacy
