**About the role**
These roles will join the Site Skills Training team reporting directly to the Delivery Manager in Perth - Belmont. You will be responsible for delivering and developing quality training to customers in accordance with all relevant company policies and the Standards for Registered Training Organisations 2015.

Due to an increase in demand for our high-quality training, we are currently seeking suitably qualified and experienced Safety, Civil & Building Construction, High Risk Work and Earthmoving Trainer Assessors who are capable of delivering any of the following:

- Basic Worksite Traffic Management & Traffic Control
- Civil & Building Construction Safety Training Courses, such as Tilt-Up Construction
- High Risk Work Licence: Forklift, EWP, Dogging, Rigging, Scaffolding & Cranes etc
- Plant Operations, such as Roller, Skid Steer & Front End Loader, Telehandler & Excavator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Training and Assessment - Delivering nationally recognised qualifications;
- Contribute to development of programs and resource materials;
- Participate in moderation and validation activities;
- Provide ongoing support to leaners.

**About you**

**Mandatory Requirements for **Traffic Management**

Must Hold:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Main Roads Accreditation '“ with a minimum of 1 year training delivery experience

Desirable:
**Mandatory Requirements for Civil & Building Construction**

Must Hold:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- CPCCOM1016 Identify requirements for safe precast and tilt-up work
- CPCCBC4022 Supervise tilt-up work

Desirable:

- HLTAID011 Provide First Aid

**Mandatory Requirements for High Risk Work Licencing**

Must Hold:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Licence to operate a Forklift & EWP
- Licence to perform Dogging, Rigging & Scaffolding (Basic to Advanced)
- TLILIC0023 Licence to operate a slewing mobile crane (up to 60 tonnes)

Desirable:

- TLILIC0018 Licence to operate a non-slewing mobile crane (>3 tonnes capacity)
- TLILIC0024 Licence to operate a vehicle loading crane (capacity 10 metre tonnes and above)
- TLILIC0020 Licence to operate a slewing mobile crane (over 100 Tonnes)

**Mandatory Requirements for Plant Operations**

Must Hold:

- TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Civil Construction / Mining Machinery '“ Conduct Water Cart, Roller, Skid Steer, Front End Loader, IT Carrier, Telescopic Material Handler & Excavator Operations

Desirable:

- Conduct Articulated / Rigid Haul Truck, Backhoe Loader, Dozer and/or Grader Operations
