This disability support organisation, based in the Western suburbs of Melbourne are seeking a Content Creator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will work across projects including campaigns as well as providing general support to the marketing team across a variety of activities.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Develop and execute a content strategy for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, aligned with organizational goals and target audience.
- Create high-quality visual content - photos and videos, to showcase the activities, events of the organisation.
- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for various purposes, such as promotional videos, client testimonials, and educational materials.
- Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts, ensuring consistency in branding, voice, and messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and platform algorithms to optimize content performance and engagement.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in social media marketing and videography.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to leverage user-generated content and foster community participation
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in marketing or communications
- Proven experience using Adobe & Canva
- Experience using social media, content creation and videography
- High level of organisational skills and ability to prioritise
