**Real Estate Junior Sales Cadet/Trainee (F/Time)**

Due to our recent growth we are currently seeking a number of enthusiastic individuals to assist our expanding network across the South Eastern corridor. You will have a passion for outstanding customer service and a drive to exceed expectations.

**About the Role**:
As a **Real Estate Junior Sales Cadet/Trainee**, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the real estate industry while building your professional credentials. This role will equip you with the training, tools, and connections needed to launch a successful career in real estate.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct lead generation activities, including cold calling, door knocking, and letterbox dropping.
- Consistently looking for networking opportunities.
- Build and nurture a database of clients and prospects.
- Attend property appointments and inspections.
- Support buyer management and engagement.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the sales process.
- Produce marketing materials to support property listings.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Professional phone manner and exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets.
- High level of personal presentation and professionalism.
- Accreditation as a Real Estate Agents' Representative (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
